- What is a credit?
- What making something costs: 5 credits for a new diagram, 2 for a change you ask the AI for, and 8 for an animation. Changes you make yourself on the canvas, like retyping a label, are free, and so are previews and downloads.
- Why credits and not a number of diagrams?
- Most of the work is changing a diagram until it is right, and a change costs less than a new one. Credits let your plan cover both, in whatever mix you use.
- What happens when I run out?
- Buy more credits at $0.10 each, or turn on automatic top-up and never stop. On Pro and Team, your plan credits also come back on the 1st of each month.
- Do bought credits expire?
- They last a year, and are used after your plan credits.
- Can I cancel anytime?
- Yes. You keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for.
